With ShopVue, production planners can:

Schedule and rearrange jobs by employee, work center, and machine. The Graphical Sequencer add-on makes short-term schedule changes simple with a flexible drag-and-drop interface. Planners can easily set schedules for a shift, day, or work week and make edits in response to changing requirements or resources.

Dispatch jobs and instructions to operators without paper travelers. As you schedule jobs using the Graphical Sequencer, ShopVue displays the next ready order-step for each machine on the Operator Console. ShopVue can also link assembly instructions or diagrams to each step, delivering an entirely paperless dispatch process.

Track WIP. As employees complete operations at each step, ShopVue collects quantities and updates the status in your ERP and APS.
