Enforce progressive discipline. Using the Points & Warnings add-on, ShopVue can monitor employee attendance patterns and automatically generate warnings when employees reach certain thresholds of attendance infractions (for example, when they are tardy or AWOL more than three times in six months).

Track incentive pay. The ShopVue Incentive Pay add-on handles piece work pay to ensure accurate paychecks.   

The Vacation Planner Report shows up to three months of employees' scheduled vacation days. This is helpful for ensuring adequate staffing when approving subsequent absence requests.
