Employee ID Badge Software

The Photo Badge module makes it easy to create, print and manage employee photo ID badges. With Photo Badge, you can:

Quickly print ID badges for full-time or temporary employees. Take an employee’s photo with any digital camera and print a scannable ID badge within minutes.

Customize badge information. Choose what information to include on both the front and rear of employee ID badges. Use the reverse side to print additional information such as your company slogan, safety reminders, or instructions for returning a lost badge.

Eliminate dual maintenance. Create and manage employee ID badges directly within the ShopVue Time & Attendance module.

Increase security. Issue ID badges with unique employee identification numbers, barcodes, and photos to create a more secure workplace. An optional security stripe allows barcode scanning but prohibits badge duplication.
