At any time, Supervisors may call up the intuitive
Week-at-a-Glance calendar to review and approve attendance online. Detailed
attendance history related to hours worked, absences and exceptions such

Overtime Management automates the process of
Supervisors offering overtime equitably and tracking the acceptance and
refusals online.
Overtime offers can be made based on criteria like
seniority, overtime history or department. Employees are notified by banner
messages and can accept or decline. Once approved overtime is automatically
scheduled. Audit trails of offers and responses are kept online to support
Union or other reporting requirements.

Absence Request
Self Service Absence Request allows employees to
electronically request vacation or other absence types. The Supervisor can
