ShopVue offers a single system for an entire organization to record and monitor their attendance. Hourly employees can quickly record their attendance on different types of devices –specialized attendance terminals in entryways, multi-function bar code terminals in the work center or full screen graphical touch screens. Hourly or salaried employees can utilize a web browser to record their days/hours worked, track their absences and absence credits while applying uniform policies across the entire organization.

At any time, Supervisors may call up the intuitive Week-at-a-Glance calendar to review and approve attendance online. Detailed attendance history related to hours worked, absences and exceptions such as tardy or AWOL is at your fingertips.

Developed exclusively for factories with complex attendance and pay rules, ShopVue provides a straightforward tool to eliminate the non-value added activities associated with manual attendance systems.

Overtime Management

Overtime Management automates the process of Supervisors offering overtime equitably and tracking the acceptance and refusals online.  

Overtime offers can be made based on criteria like seniority, overtime history or department.  Employees are notified by banner messages and can accept or decline.  Once approved overtime is automatically scheduled.  Audit trails of offers and responses are kept online to support Union or other reporting requirements.  

 Automating the process for managing overtime eliminates unnecessary clerical tasks, provide real time visibility and helps organizations meet overtime reduction and awareness goals.

Absence Request

Self Service Absence Request allows employees to electronically request vacation or other absence types.  The Supervisor can review and approve or deny the request.  Employees receive notification of the Supervisor’s action, completing the cycle online.

 Supervisors have increased visibility seeing all absence requests and scheduled absences for a time period, helping with manpower planning and scheduling.

Electronic Timecard/ActivityCard: Provides browser-based interface for salaried workers to track time and projects.

Incentive support: Calculate complex pay rates in incentive and piece-rate pay environments.
